This Privacy Policy applies to BLOCKOVA: Block Puzzle (the “Game”), published by Ryan1. The Game is a single-player block puzzle experience. It does not require a user account and does not provide chat, social posting, or direct messaging features.

By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Game data stored on your device

The Game stores information such as scores, settings, progress, achievements, virtual currency, unlocked cosmetics, daily streaks, and purchase entitlements locally on your device. Android backup and restore features may copy some of this data when enabled by you or your device manufacturer.

Information processed by service providers

Depending on the features you use and your consent choices, our service providers may process app and device identifiers, IP-based approximate location, app interactions, advertising interactions, diagnostics, crash logs, device type, operating system, app version, session data, and purchase status.

We do not ask you to provide your name, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, health information, or payment card details directly to the Game.

• Understand feature use and improve game balance and usability.

The free version of the Game may show rewarded ads and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are optional and provide a clearly described in-game benefit. Interstitial ads may appear at natural breaks, such as after a game ends, subject to frequency limits.

Where required, the Game asks for consent before requesting personalized advertising. You can review available privacy choices from the Game’s Settings screen. You may also manage advertising controls in your Android or Google account settings. A “Remove Ads” purchase may remove eligible ads but does not disable essential purchase verification, security, or diagnostics.

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. The Game receives limited purchase information, such as product identifier, purchase state, and entitlement status, to deliver, acknowledge, and restore your purchase. Google’s handling of payment information is governed by its own policies and terms.

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s storage or uninstall it. Some data may remain in an Android backup until that backup is replaced or deleted. The Game currently has no developer-hosted user account to delete.

Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies, legal obligations, and the configuration of their services. We may need reasonable information to understand and verify your request, but will not ask for your password or full payment details.

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

Google and its service providers may process information on servers located outside your country. Where applicable, they use safeguards intended to protect information during international transfers.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including secure network transmission provided by the Game’s platform services. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

We may update this policy when the Game, legal requirements, or our service providers change. The updated version will be posted at this address with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game where appropriate.
